• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment.

• Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hyderabad, India.

Shipping Time

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier disruptions).

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

• No additional charge for COD (Cash on Delivery).

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across all major pin codes in India.

• International shipping is not available at this time.
